· Primary role would be to get to the heart of
n customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and
n facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

n to develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving
n inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

n to plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the
n design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries
n related to requirements and solution design

n to conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops
n and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and
n are in line with organizations financial guidelines

· Actively
n lead small projects and contribute to unit -level and organizational initiatives
n with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to

Technical and Qualified Requirements:

· Relevant Experience: 1 E2E implementation,
n Support or Rollout experience
n

· Mandatory
n Skills: SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement &
n Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP S/4 Hana &
n Non -SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality
n

n

· Experienced
n in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout and testing
n for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), Profile
n Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration
n

n

· Involved
n on creating master data configuration and reporting setup
n

n

· Extensive
n working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, S/4HANA,
n SuccessFactors & Concur.
n

n

· Integration
n experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be an added advantage
n

n

· Working
n experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology
n
