Our client is looking for a Digital Home Loan Specialist with lending customer experience in retail mortgages.
n
You will provide service and build relationships with current and prospective customers in the home lending space.
Duties n
n
- Provide inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer’s journey
n
- Assist with digital loan application processes and underwrite loans
n
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
n
- Complete loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and act on fraud alerts
n
- Flexibility to work on a roster system, Monday to Friday
n
Skills and experience nn
- You must have a passion for customer service, and be a strong communicator with proven negotiation experience.
n
- Proactive at solving problems and achieving desired outcomes
n
- RG 146 qualified with at least 2 years experience in retail mortgage lending and sales/customer service in a call centre
n
- Knowledge of NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, and AML/CTF Acts
n
