Qualifications nn
- Minimum BS/BA in business or a related field or equivalent evidence of exceptional accomplishment in recruiting, MBA preferred
n
- Five plus (5+) years of experience in the recruiting, with at least 2 years experience managing a team of recruiters.

- A genuine passion for Hunter’s mission – to connect clients with the best and brightest talent in their industry.

- Track record of achievement in rapid-growth, mission-driven and extremely demanding hiring environments where excellence is the passing grade

- Evidence of driving innovation in promoting the optimal performance of highly motivated / skilled recruiting teams

- Demonstrated ability and achievement in leading effective recruiting teams and developing and inspiring exceptional recruiters and recruiting leaders
n
- A combination of experience recruiting for both high-volume and technical positions is preferred
