Job Description

Bannpeople in Victoria is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to oversee a portfolio of rooming house and co-living properties across the state. The role involves hands-on management of tenants, compliance and maintenance across Craigieburn, Ballarat, Werribee, Geelong and Shepparton.

You will lead onboarding, occupancy and arrears management, coordinate safety checks and inspections, and liaise with councils, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
