Job Description n

This is a part time role of approximately 38 to 40 hours per fortnight, with potential for additional hours as the practice grows.

You’ll be responsible for:

n

n
- Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and equipment are ready
n
- Completing sterilisation and infection control procedures
n
- Maintaining equipment and keeping clinical areas clean and organised
n
- Supporting clinicians to keep appointments running smoothly
n
- Helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
n
- Providing post-treatment care instructions when required
n
- Assisting with general practice and administrative tasks
n

Qualifications n

You’ll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant; Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above is desirable
n
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and infection control
n
- Experience using dental software and Microsoft Office
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
n
- A genuine patient-focused approach
n
