As part of our growth strategy, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivatedBusiness Development & Key Account Manager to join our high-performing Victorian Sales team.

About the Role n

Reporting to the GM – Sales & Business Development, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships while driving new business acrossVictoria.

Your key responsibilities: n

n
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
n
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities in key industries
n
- Negotiate and secure short- and long‑term dry hire contracts
n
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and hire solutions
n
- Represent Porter Plant professionally across the construction and infrastructure sectors
n

What We’re Looking For n





We're after someone who knows the hire industry and understands what it takes to build long-term, trust-based relationships. You’re proactive, strategic, and confident in a sales environment.

You’ll bring: n

- Experience in theplant hire ,equipment rental , orconstruction / utility industries
n
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships across multiple sectors
n
- Commercial acumen and experience with pricing, tenders, and contract negotiation
n
- A solutions-focused attitude with a team-oriented approach to teamwork
n
- A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel interstate as required
n
