Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers. - Engage with customers to provide excellent service and recommend menu items. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations. - Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. - Handle cash and process transactions accurately. - Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards. - Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Barista experience preferred - Experience in front of house roles - Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance - Attention to detail - Ability to work in a quick-paced environment - Good time management skills
