Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
n
n
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods.
n
n
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
n
n
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation and inventory records.
n
n
- Operate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks.
n
n
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
n
n
- Update inventory transactions and stock movements in SAP.
n
n
- Arrange transport and coordinate deliveries.
n
n
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
n
n
- Support production by ensuring material availability.
n
n
- Lead and mentor warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
n
n
- Assist with staff training, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

n
About You
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
n
n
n
n
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a warehouse or storeperson role.
n
n
- Current Forklift Licence with high-reach experience.
n
n
- Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
n
n
- Strong inventory control and stock management experience.
n
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
n
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and warehouse management systems.
n
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
n
- Strong leadership skills.
n
n
- Ability to train and support team members.
n
n
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
