About the Role n

You’ll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

- Acquisitions and disposals

- Commercial and retail leasing
n
- Property development and subdivisions
n
- Conveyancing (commercial and residential)
n
- Lending, securities and related commercial work
n
- General property advisory matters
n

About You n

We’re interested in lawyers who have:

- 3–4 years’ post‑admission experience in commercial property
n
- Solid transactional experience and strong attention to detail

- Confidence managing files and communicating directly with clients
