nOur client, J.S Kandola & S More & P Singh Gill is a farm in regional NSW that grows blueberries, raspberries and blackberries of different varieties and aims to provide our customers with fresh and quality produce. n
n
nTasks: n
n•Determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans. n
n•Planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements. n
n•Controlling the operation of production plant and quality procedures through planning of maintenance, designation of operating hours and supply of parts and tools. n
n•Monitoring production output and costs and adjusting processes and resources to minimise costs. n
n•Informing other Managers about production matters. n
n•Overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment. n
n•Directing research into production methods, and recommending and n
nimplementing initiatives. n




n•Controlling the preparation of production records and reports. n
n•Coordinating the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements. n
n•Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance. n
n
nEligibility: n
n
n•Have at least relevant AQF Cert III or Cert IV qualifications and Have 2 Years of working experience in a similar role in a farm setting. or equivalent or 3 years of employment experience with formal training OR 5 years of experience without formal training. n
n•Solid understanding of agricultural production processes. n
n•Attention to detail and quick decision-making to address quality issues, equipment failures, and operational challenges. n
n•Proficiency in quality control and adherence to standards. n
n•Excellent communication and teamwork skills. n
n•Ability to coordinate with various departments and ensure compliance with regulations. n
n•Possess a keen eye for detail to oversee product quality. n
n•Strong organizational skills are also essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
