ERP Data Analyst – ERP Readiness | ACT | Hybrid | Contract n
We’re seeking an experienced ERP Data Analyst to join a major ERP transformation program with a leading Australian organisation.

- ACT / Canberra – Hybrid (3 days in office)
n
- 10-month contract + 6-month extension
n
- Start: 15 December 2026
n
- Lead / EL1 equivalent
n
- Baseline clearance required or ability to obtain
n
About the role n
You’ll play a key role in data readiness, cleansing and remediation ahead of a major ERP transformation, working across Finance, HR, Procurement and Travel & Expense data.
Key responsibilities: n
n
- Profile, extract, interrogate, cleanse and validate enterprise data
n
- Identify, quantify and remediate data quality issues
n
- Develop data quality rules, checks, dashboards and reporting
n
- Create and manage data remediation plans and issue registers
n
- Identify potential data archiving opportunities
n
- Work closely with data owners, SMEs, system administrators and business stakeholders
n
- Manage multiple data readiness activities,
issues and dependencies
n
- Provide explicit, evidence-based reporting to senior stakeholders
n
Skills & experience required: n
n
- Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills
n
- Enterprise data analysis and data profiling experience
n
- Data cleansing, remediation and validation experience
n
- ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement or corporate systems experience
n
- Experience supporting ERP/data migration or transformation programs
n
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance and business rules
n
- Experience with data archiving and records management
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
n
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience with data quality dashboards and reporting
n
- Australian Government or regulated environment experience highly regarded
