Minecon Recruitment is seeking a Site Engineer for a six-month contract on a civil project in Cairns.

We’re looking for someone with previous TMR project experience who can support the site team across engineering, quality and day-to-day delivery.

The Role n
Working closely with the project and site teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting daily site activities and construction planning
n
- Tracking progress against the construction programme
n
- Managing quality documentation, ITPs, inspections and lot records
n
- Working to project specifications and TMR requirements
n
- Coordinating with supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Reviewing drawings,
raising RFIs and resolving technical queries
n
- Assisting with quantities, reporting and project records
n
- Supporting safe and efficient delivery of the work
n
About You nn
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline
n
- Previous Site Engineer experience on civil roads projects
n
- Experience with TMR specifications and quality requirements
n
- Solid organisation, communication and attention to detail
n
- A practical approach and confidence working with site teams
n
- Available for a six-month contract in Cairns with option to extend
n
