About the role:

n

The role is part of our Dispute Resolution Services Business Division and is a key part of the growth and ongoing success of Anvelo, as well as contributing to the success of the overall business.

n

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

• Project schedule development and compliance checks.

n

• Baseline management and status updates.

n

• Time-chainage diagrams for linear projects.

n

• Assist the expert witness.

n

• Carry out fact-finding exercises to determine clarity of events.

n

• Carry out delay and disruption analysis using the methods described in the SOCL Protocol.

n

• Design, procurement and construction scheduling.

n

• Systems and commissioning scheduling.

n

• Progress monitoring and reporting.

n

• Management dashboard reporting.

n

• Grow team capability and performance.

n

• Assist in the drafting of Delay and Disruption expert matter reports.

n

n

Experience and skills needed:

n





• Relevant formal qualifications in Engineering, Construction and/or Quantity Surveying. Chartered credentials preferred.

n

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in planning and scheduling in the construction or engineering industry.

n

• Experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.

n

• Solid market reputation in delay and disruption matters.

n

• Extensive experience with EOT claims, delay and disruption

n

• Proven experience in delay and disruption technique implementation.

n

• Project controls experience is desirable.

n

• People leadership experience is desirable.

n

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
