nWe are looking for a Concierge to join our Oaklands Park branch on a part-time basis.n
nPlease note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, please ensure you are available to cover the following roster:n
Roster (31.5 hours per week): n
nMonday; 9.00am - 4.15pmn
nTuesday - Friday; 9.15am -4.15pmn

nIn this role, you will work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you interact with. You'll be the first point of contact in the branch, helping customers feel welcome and supported, and guiding them to the right solutions - whether that's self-service, digital banking, or a specialist team member.n
nWe're looking for someone who brings initiative, curiosity, and a proactive mindset - someone who sees the bigger picture and is ready to contribute meaningfully to the team and customer experience.n
