Aurum Dental is Bendigo's most beautiful dental practice, and we're growing fast! Our patients love us (hello, 5 stars on Google!), and our front desk team is a big reason why. Now we're looking for an experienced full-time Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join the crew.
About the role n
You'll be the first smiling face our patients see and the person who keeps our days running smoothly. As an experienced full-time Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator at Aurum Dental, you'll be central to our team's success in a busy, growing dental practice.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Greeting patients with energy, warmth and a genuine smile
n
- Running a busy appointment book and keeping the day flowing
n
- Explaining treatment plans and payment options clearly and confidently
n
- Spotting what needs doing before anyone has to ask, then jumping in and making it happen
n
- Keeping our reception space organised, welcoming and looking amazing
n
- Working closely with our clinical team and pitching in if the practice needs it
n
About you nn
- Have previous experience as a receptionist in a busy dental practice, and know your way around a packed diary,
treatment quotes and patient payments
n
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude and see a problem as something to fix, not something to wait on
n
- Take initiative, suggest better ways of doing things and own your work
n
- Are friendly, positive and bring good energy to a team
n
- Stay calm and organised when it gets busy
n
- Are comfortable with dental practice software and take pride in the details
n
- Care about team culture and want to help us build it
n
- Previous Dental Assistant experience is preferred, but not necessary
n
- A secure, full time role with above-award pay, based on experience
n
- A supportive, female-led team that genuinely enjoys working together
n

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with no nights or weekends
