Job Description

H&M; Group in Armadale, Melbourne is seeking a Floor Manager for a 3-month maternity cover, full time 38 hours per week, to lead a team on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach Sales Advisors, oversee daily operations, analyse sales, recruit and onboard staff, and occasionally step in as Store Manager to maintain leadership continuity while upholding brand standards.
