We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our food manufacturing team in Thomastown. The role involves a variety of hands-on tasks across our production and packing operations.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Carry out general production duties, including manual handling of raw materials.
n
- Load and unload shipping containers.
n
- Assist with packing, palletising and quality inspection.
n
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and accurately complete production records.
n
- Perform routine quality checks in accordance with SOPs.
n
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace, including cleaning equipment and production areas.
n
About you nn
- Physically capable of safely performing manual handling and lifting tasks associated with the role.
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and performing repetitive tasks.
n
- Punctual, reliable and committed to working Monday to Friday.
n
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
n
- Previous factory, packing or manual labour experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
n
- Immediate start for suitable applicants.
n
