Job Description

Cipher Recruitment is seeking an experienced In‑App Campaign & Engagement Specialist to join the Product team in South Melbourne. The role blends product thinking with customer engagement to optimize campaigns within a consumer mobile app.

You will design, launch and analyse in‑app campaigns, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations to drive retention, ARPU and revenue. Prior experience with PRDs, dashboards and wireframing is essential.
