Commercial Property Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to lead the performance and strategic management of a diverse commercial property portfolio across Sydney.

This is a position suited to a commercially minded professional who can confidently manage properties, build strong client relationships, and drive value across industrial, retail and commercial investments.
n
You will play a key role in overseeing portfolio performance, advising landlords, and working closely with leasing, sales and property management teams to maximise outcomes.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and value growth
n
- Develop and implement asset strategies aligned with client objectives
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
n
- Manage all critical dates / compliance, risk and operational performance across the portfolio
n
- Oversee leasing strategies in collaboration with internal sales & leasing teams
n
- Monitor market conditions and provide strategic advice to clients
n
- Prepare and present detailed reporting including budgets, forecasts and asset performance
n
- Identify value-add opportunities including repositioning, upgrades and lease structuring
n
About You nn
- Preferred 3-5 years' experience in commercial property management
n
- Robust understanding of industrial, commercial and retail property markets
n
- Proven ability to manage client relationships at a high level
n
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assets and priorities
n
- Relevant qualifications in Property, Business or related field (preferred)
n
- Current and valid NSW Real Estate Licenceor Certificate of Registration
n
- Current and valid NSW Drivers Licence and a reliable insured vehicle
n
