Indigenous Wealth is a 100% Indigenous-owned wealth consultancy. We help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and families build wealth through education and connection to trusted partners across property, super and finance, and we're working to close the wealth gap.

We're looking for a creative, community-minded Digital & Social Media Coordinator to drive our social channels and tell our story in a way our community recognises as their own.

What you'll do n

Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

n

Film and edit short-form video, write captions and create graphics

n

Shape and protect our tone of voice online

n

Build an engaged, culturally protected community by managing comments and messages

n

Capture real client and community stories, always with consent

n

Write ad, email and web copy with our Paid Ads Specialist

n

Work with brand ambassadors as our program grows

n





Track what's working and report on social performance each month

What you'll bring n

2 to 4 years' experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation

n

A portfolio of content you've created and channels you've grown

n

Confidence with short-form video, Canva or CapCut, and Meta and LinkedIn tools

n

Experience creating content for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander audiences, and an understanding of cultural protocols

n

A degree in marketing, communications or media, or equivalent experience

n

Experience with paid social, HubSpot or financial services is a bonus, not a must

n

Your work will directly help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families build wealth

n

You'll own our social channels and have real creative influence

n

You'll be part of a small, supportive team, reporting to our Marketing & Growth Director

n

$55,000 to $65,000 plus super, fully remote

n
