We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Commissioning Specialist to play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of complex commissioning activities across brownfield and greenfield environments.n
nThis is an excellent prospect for a commissioning professional with strong electrical expertise to contribute to critical project milestones, work alongside high-performing teams, and support operational readiness on large-scale projects.n
nKey Responsibilitiesn
n
- Lead and promote a strong commissioning safety culture across all activities
n
- Provide technical expertise for electrical commissioning and system handovers
n
- Manage commissioning priorities, schedules, completions and close-out activities
n
- Ensure commissioning activities are completed in accordance with approved procedures
n
- Support electrical switching programs, system energisation and commissioning execution
n
- Coordinate commissioning documentation and completion records
n
- Ensure commissioning spares, integrity requirements and handover deliverables are effectively managed
n
- Work closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
n
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:n
n
n
- 10+ years' experience in electrical commissioning,
project delivery or operational readiness roles
n
- Current WA Electrical Licence
n
- Solid understanding of HV and LV switching programs
n
- Experience with electrical protection systems and commissioning methodologies
n
- Exposure to oil & gas, energy, resources or heavy industrial projects
n
- Experience with ABB switchgear highly regarded
n
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and project delivery excellence
n
- Flexibility to attend site as required
n
