Job Description

Astute Living Care Pty is seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to provide person-centred, recovery-focused support to participants across Blacktown, Parramatta, Inner West, Liverpool, Sydney CBD and Wollongong.

This casual role requires flexibility, robust communication, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with responsibilities spanning daily living support, community engagement, and documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
