- Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm

- Friday: 6:00am-12:30pm

Afternoon Shift - $37.91ph

n

- Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
n
- Friday: 1:00pm-7:30pm
n

About the Role n

Our client based in Dandenong South is a trusted leader in greeting cards, gift packaging, Christmas crackers, licensed products, stationery, party supplies and seasonal merchandise.

n

We are seeking experienced Pick Packers who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse workplace and are confident working to daily productivity, accuracy and pick-rate KPIs . This role is best suited to warehouse professionals who enjoy being measured on performance and consistently achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities n

n




- Picking and packing customer orders to KPI targets
n
- RF scanning and inventory transactions
n
- Maintaining high order accuracy levels
n
- Meeting daily pick-rate and productivity expectations
n
- Locating and replenishing stock throughout the warehouse
n
- Quality checking orders before dispatch
n
- General warehouse duties
n
- Manual handling and lifting cartons up to 15kg
n

What we're Looking For: n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' pick packing and rf scanning experience
n
- Proven ability to consistently achieve warehouse KPIs
n
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to lift up to 15kg
n
- Strong speed, accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
n
- Good attendance and reliability
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
