Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Staff to join the Pizza Hut team. This role involves assisting with customer service, food preparation, order taking, dine-in service, cleaning, and maintaining store standards. Ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, fast-paced environments, and delivering great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities n

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
n
- Take customer orders in-store, online, or via phone
n
- Assist in pizza preparation, toppings, baking, and packaging
n
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately
n
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, kitchen & equipment
n
- Support delivery packing and dispatch during busy times
n
- Follow Pizza Hut food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
n
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as required
n
- Assist with opening/closing duties, including cleaning & checklists
n




- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
n

Skills & Requirements nn
- Previous experience in hospitality, fast food, or retail (preferred)
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
n
- Basic math & cash handling ability
n
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and good work ethic
n
- Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
n
- Must follow brand uniform & grooming standards
n
- Food handling or RSA certificate (may be required based on location)
