Job Description

Crafting memories, one event at a time. Let's get partying!

n

SOCO Event Hire is where unforgettable moments begin - and we're looking for reliable, hands-on legends to join our Event Delivery & Warehouse Crew across the stunning South Coast of NSW.

n

n

We dont just drop off furniture - we build experiences. Whether its a beachfront ceremony, a high-end product launch, or a backyard party with style, youll be part of the crew making it happen behind the scenes.

n

If youre physically fit, take pride in doing a solid job, and want a role where no two days are the same - this one's for you.

A DAY IN THE LIFE n

You wont be stuck doing the same thing every day - this is a hands-on role where you'll be out and about, working alongside a solid crew to bring events to life.

n

What you’ll be doing:

n

n
- a) Loading and unloading trucks with care and efficiency
n

n
- c) Delivering and collecting gear at incredible locations across NSW - Sydney, South Coast & Southern Highlands
n

n
- e) Keeping everything looking fresh - cleaning, maintaining and checking over gear to keep quality high
n
- f)

Following the lead of your team mates while also backing your own initiative to get the job done right
n
- g) Working hard, having a laugh, and enjoying the satisfaction of seeing a space transformed before your eyes
n

n

Youll also:

n

n
- Think ahead and share ideas for how we can do things better - were all about improving by 1% every day
n
- Pass on feedback from clients so we can keep lifting our game
n
- Communicate with the Sales and Ops teams to make sure deliveries and setups are spot on
n
- Work fast, work clean, and take pride in a job well done
n
- Keep quality high - from double-checking counts in the warehouse to giving each piece a once-over before it goes out
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR n

You dont need a fancy resume - just a solid work ethic, a good attitude, and the ability to roll with whatever the day throws at you. Heres what we value:

n
- d) You're a team player who backs the crew and pulls your weight

n

n

A valid driver's licence

n

Previous event, warehouse, or labouring experience

n

Flexibility to work weekends and peak event periods

PERKS OF THE ROLE n

n
- c) Solid team vibes - Authentic crew who's got your back, work hard, and have a laugh along the way

n
- f) Gear + Systems that work - Our warehouse and gear are well-managed so you can do your job efficiently and without stress.
