We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually stunning designs that effectively communicate a message. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website design

- Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure that designs align with business objectives
n
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their roles

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design work as appropriate
n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
n
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
n
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
n
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
n
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
