Job Description

Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Care Funding Specialist in NSW. You will be the AN-ACC subject matter expert, guiding resident assessments, funding classifications, reassessments, and documentation to ensure accurate funding.

The role is newly created and full time, based at the Rhodes office with travel to NSW sites. You will leverage clinical expertise, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement to improve resident care funding outcomes.
