Job Description

The Queens Hotel Gladstone, one of Central Queensland's leading hospitality venues, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Bars, Restaurant, Gaming and Accommodation.

You will report to Senior Management, drive exceptional customer service, ensure RSA/RSG and Gaming compliance, and coach teams in a high-volume hotel environment. This full time role offers a competitive salary, ongoing training, and clear career progression opportunities.
