Homestyle Aged Care group is seeking a Property Manager to lead property, maintenance and asset management across Melbourne and Geelong aged care homes. You will manage a team of ten Maintenance Officers and oversee preventive maintenance, compliance and budgets to keep our homes safe and welcoming for residents, families and staff.

Based at Bentleigh with regular site travel, this full-time role requires a building trade qualification or demonstrated building industry experience, robust project
