Crown Resorts is seeking a Governance & Compliance Specialist to fortify workplace relations across our Melbourne, Sydney or Perth properties. You’ll lead compliance programs, interpret the Fair Work Act and up-to-date awards, and partner with Payroll, Risk and Legal to embed strong governance.

You’ll influence policy development, conduct assurance activities, and help implement enterprise agreement changes while supporting a culture of integrity and care for our people and visitors.
