The Opportunity

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a sales leader who brings credibility within the hospital healthcare setting and, importantly, genuinely enjoys developing people.

- Local, Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience
- Experience leading, coaching & developing a field-based sales team
- Strong understanding of hospital & clinical selling environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Proven commercial aptitude, including forecasting, planning & performance management
- The energy and leadership presence to engage a motivated, developing team
- Dynamic, enthusiastic & ‘can do’ attitude
