The Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Darwin Base, coordinating aviation, clinical, engineering and support teams to deliver safe, reliable aeromedical and charter services in the Northern Territory.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and build robust relationships with government and health partners while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the region.
