Job Description

Dexus is seeking a Senior Manager, Alternative Investments to own the full investment lifecycle for assets within the Alternative Investments portfolio. You will originate, structure and execute acquisitions and divestments while driving strategy and performance across assets such as residential, healthcare and data centres.

You will lead transactions, manage due diligence, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and align asset strategies with Fund and Investment Plans to maximise value
