Job Description

Marsh is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to shape internal communications across the Pacific region, supporting clear, engaging and strategically aligned messaging for colleagues.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney in a hybrid role, you will work with leaders across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua Current Guinea to plan, create and deliver content across intranet, emails, videos and town halls, while tracking impact and refining future plans.
