Purple Patch Consulting is seeking compassionate Support Workers to aid NDIS participants living independently at home. Most shifts are low intensity but crucial to daily life, focusing on independence, dignity and choice.

You'll join a vetted team with onboarding, ongoing training and a 24/7 rostering line. Expect consistent hours, weekend options, and a role built on reliability, respect and genuine human connection.
