Want to take real ownership of ecommerce growth rather than just one piece of it?

I’m partnering with a growing Australian consumer brand looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of its ecommerce function and help drive its next stage of growth.

n

Working directly with the founders, you’ll have genuine ownership across ecommerce and the autonomy to identify what needs improving, shape the strategy and make it happen.

n

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning ecommerce, paid acquisition, CRO, retention and trading, with the opportunity to build out a team around you as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll own n

- Overall e-commerce strategy and trading performance
n
- Shopify, merchandising and conversion optimisation
n
- Hands-on paid media across Meta and Google
n
- Acquisition, retention and the customer journey
n
- CRM, lifecycle marketing and Klaviyo
n
- Forecasting, reporting and commercial performance
n
- Creative performance and opportunities to improve conversion
n
- Continued growth across international markets
n

You’ll be looking at the full funnel,



understanding what’s working, what isn’t and where the biggest opportunities are, then turning those insights into action.

What we’re looking for: n

n
- 5+ years across e-commerce, digital growth or performance marketing
n
- Strong experience within a DTC consumer brand
n
- Excellent Shopify knowledge
n
- Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads
n
- Strong understanding of CRO, acquisition and retention
n
- Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing experience
n
- A commercial mindset and confidence working with performance data
n
- The ability to operate autonomously and work directly with founders
n

Experience within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty or another brand-led consumer business would be particularly relevant, while experience growing DTC brands across international markets would be highly regarded.
