Jetstar is seeking a Performance Manager for a 12-month contract at our busy port. You will be the backbone of the operational team, linking senior leadership with ground crews, and driving engagement and operational excellence.

You will lead up to 80 frontline employees, balance empathy with accountability, adapt to shift patterns, and partner with the Airport Manager to deliver protected, reliable customer outcomes.
