- Lead the NPL senior squad across all training, matchday, and performance environments
- Deliver a structured, high-quality football program aligned with club philosophy
- Mentor and develop players across senior and youth pathways
- Work collaboratively with technical staff, medical staff, and club leadership
- Uphold and enhance the club’s culture, standards, and values
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
