Arventa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our operations from our Turner Office in Canberra. The role is full time with responsibilities to monitor and manage operations and supervise non-executive staff.

A Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field is preferred, and reporting to the CEO is required as part of the executive team. As the company grows, you will drive efficiency, manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure procedures are followed.
