You will lead strategy, systems, processes and projects to deliver an exceptional community experience while driving commercial performance, including the new store opening program.

You will manage a small team of Retail Operations Specialists across Store Ops, IT, Campaigns, and Communications, ensuring explicit structure and fast, reliable execution to support growth
