Sigma Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager at our Somerton Distribution Centre in Victoria to lead a 300-robust workforce across a 70,000sqm site. You’ll drive safety, performance and continuous improvement while aligning frontline delivery with strategic objectives.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you’ll partner with site leaders to optimise labour, cost and service outcomes, delivering world-class distribution standards across Victoria and nationwide.
