The Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the Operations Coordinators in our Darwin-based OCC. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver efficient, responsive services in line with contractual requirements.

You will drive performance, manage rosters, and foster solid stakeholder relationships while supporting disaster and major incident preparedness through training and exercises.
