HealthcareLink Trust in Melbourne is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a permanent, full-time (or part-time) community role. You will assess and support NDIS participants, prescribe assistive technology, and manage home modifications while documenting case notes and collaborating with families and clinicians.

Full time opportunities with six weeks annual leave, training, and support in a multidisciplinary setting. A driver’s license and police check will be required as part of the role.
