The Hospitality Crew on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a driven cook with ambition to grow into Head Chef. You will uphold high food quality, impeccable presentation, and safety while thriving in a quick-paced kitchen. Excellent planning and calm decision-making are essential.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in the industry, with Italian cuisine experience as a bonus, and flexibility for day, night, weekend, and split shifts. The group supports development and staff discounts across sites.
