St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Madonna House in Toowoomba. You will oversee end-to-end store operations, budgeting, stock control, buying and ordering, and lead two Assistant Managers plus a large team of daily volunteers.

You will drive retail performance with sustainable fashion focus, develop strategies, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and foster a supportive work setting in a permanent, full-time role based in Toowoomba.
