About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Epping store,



leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales and operational objectives.

You will focus on building team capability, creating a positive and accountable culture, and ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable advice and a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the store to achieve sales and performance targets
- Coach, develop and support team members to reach their full potential
- Create a positive, engaged and customer-focused culture
- Drive high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Maintain safe work practices and a compliant workplace environment
- Monitor key performance indicators and take action to improve results
