Wellways Australia seeks an Aged Care Navigator to support Older Carers and CALD communities to understand and access the My Aged Care system across Queensland, Southwestern Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains.

You will partner with My Aged Care Assessment teams, maintain relationships with carers, and travel within the region. A driver’s licence is required and the role is based in Campbelltown, NSW.
