WP Creative in Australia is seeking a Mid-level Business Development Manager to own your pipeline and drive current business. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Revenue Manager with no direct reports.

You should have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally at a digital, web or marketing agency, and a proven track record building pipeline via cold outreach. Your base salary ranges from AUD 85,000 to AUD 100,000 plus super, with uncapped commission and an OTE of AUD 130,000+.
