Bupa in NSW West Kempsey seeks a Roving Quality and Education Manager to coach care homes, drive quality compliance and improve resident outcomes. You will lead across Hunter New England, Upper Hunter, Northern NSW and Mid North Coast with hands-on support and robust leadership.

You’ll develop teams, ensure PCI and NQIP data integrity, and partner with General Managers to sustain high standards of care while traveling across regional locations.
