WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to provide responsive, customer-focused technology support across the Sydney office and regional sites. You’ll resolve incidents and guide users on end-user devices, apps and collaboration tools.
Reporting to the IT Onsite Support Lead AU, you’ll maintain day-to-day IT services, support onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshoot Teams Rooms and AV systems while adhering to ITIL ITSM practices.
